General description

With a dominant motorcycle like the Diavel V4, it is especially important that perfection is achieved along its entire length. The Ilmberger Carbon mudguard brings this very perfection to the front wheel and brings the vehicle a step closer to completion! The final clear coat comes in the timeless glossy version and underlines the sporty appearance of the motorcycle!
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencess, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique deep effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.

So that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
