The front mudguard in our unique design for the BMW R1150R integrates perfectly into the overall appearance of the motorcycle. This product replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight savings (typically about 70% savings compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured completely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, subsequently coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses conventional clear lacquer in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability.
