Ilmberger Carbon Mudguard front Suzuki GSX-R 1000 from 2017 onwards, with ABE according to the usage listGeneral Description
The front carbon mudguard for the Suzuki GSX R 1000 from 2017 onwards replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The main focus is on weight saving (typically around 70% saving compared to the original component) and increased stiffness. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, subsequently coated with a clear plastic finish for protection against environmental influences. This plastic finish significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only scores technically, but also clearly emphasises the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
