Lower fairing long version BMW S 1000 RR Road 2019
This carbon part replaces the original component using the original mounting points.

The focus is on weight savings (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and higher rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured completely from prepreg material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as usual, then coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer finish in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance and durability. But the coating not only excels technically, it also clearly accentuates the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
