General description
Lower fairing BMW S 1000 RR RaceOur carbon part replaces the original component using the original mounting points.
The focus is on weight savings (typically savings of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and higher rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is usual for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating far surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only scores technically; it also significantly emphasises the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
