General Description

The combination of flasher light, turn signal, brake light and tail light on a motorcycle creates a high-quality yet minimalist design that is second to none. It is all the more important to continue this design and highlight it. Our carbon licence plate holder fulfils this requirement like no other. It is not only significantly more subtle and high-quality in its design – it also offers enormous technical advantages. The use of the highest quality carbon enables a significant increase in stiffness, while simultaneously achieving an enormous weight reduction.
Also, improvements have been made to the design compared to the original. A practically invisible but easily accessible adjustment mechanism for the licence plate angle is hidden on the inside. This ensures that the licence plate remains at the legally permitted angle to the street, even under various loads and conditions.
The pannier racks with the original panniers are retained and can continue to be used as usual.

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are expertly laid and aligned in the mould. This way, the carbon part nestles perfectly into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, impresses not only with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear lacquer, this creates a previously unachieved and unique deep effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
So that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we exclusively use the original mounting points for this part.
