The carbon licence plate holder for the BMW C600 Sport scooter (2012-current) replaces the original component using the original mounting points. It is significantly shorter and higher than the original part. This makes the rear of the motorcycle look even slimmer and sportier. The focus is on weight savings (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is usual for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect it against environmental influences. This plastic coating far surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance and durability.
