The handguards for the BMW R 1300 GS not only offer excellent protection for your hands but are also a visual highlight. The one-piece design in combination with the integrated flasher light, turn signals ensures a tidy appearance.

The innovative BDC material is used here, giving the component a completely new and individual touch.

The final clear coat comes in the timeless glossy version, which accentuates the sporty look of the motorcycle.

Each BDC material part is unique and reminiscent of marble. The BDC is also handcrafted by Ilmberger, cured in several stages in an autoclave, and impresses not only with its exciting appearance but also with its technical properties. The various fibres scatter the incoming light, creating an unprecedented reflection.

To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influencess, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect that particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
