The one-piece design in combination with the integrated flasher light, turn signals ensures a clean appearance. The innovative BDC material is used here, giving the component a completely new and individual touch.

The final clear coat comes in a timeless glossy version, which accentuates the sporty look of the motorcycle.

BDC material is unique for each part and resembles marble. Ilmberger also hand-laminates BDC, which cures in several stages in an autoclave and impresses not only with its exciting appearance but also with its technical properties. The various fibres scatter incident light, creating an unprecedented reflection.

To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influencess, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unparalleled and unique deep effect, which particularly highlights the material's high quality.
