The carbon instrument housing for the BMW R NineT Scrambler replaces the original component using the original mounting points.Our instrument housing weighs only 36g. The focus is on weight savings (typically around 70% saving compared to the original component) and increased rigidity.The carbon part is manufactured entirely from prepreg material (see FAQ) in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, is then covered with a clear plastic coating to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses conventional clear lacquer in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability.
