General Description

The heel guard for the Ducati Diavel V4 surrounds and protects the rear brake pump. The design language of the muscle bike is continued down to the smallest detail.
The final clear lacquer layer comes in the matt version and is identical to the clear lacquer used on the Ducati Performance parts.

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear lacquer, this provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which highlights the high quality of the material particularly strongly.

To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we exclusively use the original mounting points for this part.
