General description

The heel guard for the Ducati Diavel V4 surrounds and protects the rear brake pump. The design language of the muscle bike is continued down to the smallest detail.
The final clear lacquer layer comes in the timeless glossy version and underlines the sporty appearance of the motorcycle!

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only boasts a unique appearance but also exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its exceptionally low density, also only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of influencess from the environment, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear lacquer, creates an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which truly highlights the high quality of the material.

So that not only riding but also assembly is a pleasure, we exclusively use the original mounting points for this part.
