The head lightcockpit fairing for the BMW R nineT Urban GS from 2016 is bolted onto existing mounting points on the vehicle.The parts are assembled using original mountingpoints. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, in the next step, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic coating for protection against environmental influences. This plastic coating enormously surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only scores points technically, it also clearly accentuates the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
