General Description

The carbon handguard right side R/S impresses not only with its appearance. The protective function is further improved by its higher design. Riding comfort is noticeably increased, especially on wet and cold days. Regardless of the weather, it significantly enhances the visual appeal of the motorcycle in one of the most prominent areas!

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall look, the fibre layers are expertly laid and aligned in the mould. This ensures the carbon part seamlessly integrates with the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are fitted and combined, the more impressive the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only boasts a unique appearance but also exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel, and due to its particularly low density, it weighs only a breakage of that. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of influences from the environment, we are the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear lacquer, this creates an unprecedented and unique deep effect, which truly highlights the high quality of the material.
To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
