Gloss carbon side panel right side R/S for the Aprilia Tuono V4 / RSV4 2022. The carbon part replaces the original component using the original mounting points.

Installed in just a few minutes, the value of the motorcycle is significantly enhanced. To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are uniformly laid into the mould and aligned by experts. This allows the carbon part to perfectly blend into the individual environment of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more stunning the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only offers a unique appearance but also exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influencess, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which highlights the high quality of the material particularly strongly.
To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we exclusively use the original mounting points for this part.
