Product details
Ilmberger Carbon fuel tank side panel right side R/S, Carbon for BMW K1300R (from model year 2008-), with ABE according to the application list.General description
The carbon fuel tank cover for the BMW K1300R (2008-current) replaces the original component using the original mounting points. Please note that the BMW emblems of the K1300R cannot be reused on these fuel tank covers. New BMW emblems can be ordered from us. BMW emblems with a diameter of 58mm are required for these fuel tank covers. The focus is on weight saving (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and higher rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines, and then, as is usual for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic finish significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only scores technically but also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.| Manufacturer | Model | Type | Model Year | Homologation | ccm |
