Ilmberger Carbon fuel tank side panel left side L/S, Carbon for BMW R1200R (LC) (from model year 2015-), with ABE according to usage list

General description

fuel tank side panel left side L/S Carbon - BMW R1200R (LC) from 2015 onwards The left carbon fuel tank side panel for the BMW R1200R (LC) from 2015 onwards replaces the original component using the original mounting points. You can find a 360-degree view of the fairing part under product videos! The focus is on weight savings (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased stiffness. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating enormously surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only scores technically; it also significantly accentuates the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
