General Description
Our fuel tank in 100% carbon with a matt finish is the highlight for the Ducati Monster 1200 / 1200 S from model year 2017.The focus is on weight saving (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured according to the latest guidelines completely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave, and in the next step, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish for protection against environmental influences.
