Our fuel tank in 100% carbon with a gloss finish is the highlight for the Ducati Monster 1200 / 1200 S from model year 2017.The focus is on weight saving (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and higher rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, in the next step, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences.
