The fuel tank fairing (upper right side R/S), gloss finish, for the Ducati Multistrada DVT (from MY 2015) and the Ducati Multistrada Enduro (from MY 2016) replaces the original plastic component and is a real eye-catcher at this exposed location on the front of the motorcycle! Thanks to the long design of the part, which extends around the head light, the carbon structure is shown off to its best advantage and gives the Multistrada an almost racing-like touch at this point! The gloss finish contrasts with the matt carbon parts offered by Ducati Performance. Of course, this carbon part for the Multistrada is also available from Ilmberger in a matt finish. For mounting, the standard mounting material is reused, and as is customary with Ilmberger, only the standard mounting and screw points on the vehicle are used. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is usual with us, coated with a clear plastic coating for protection against environmental influences. This plastic coating far surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance and durability.
