General Description

The fuel tank cover for the Ducati Diavel V4 is always in the watchful eye of its rider. It elegantly tapers towards the front and forms a visual transition from fuel tank to the ignition button and handlebar.
The final clear coat comes in the timeless glossy version and underlines the sporty appearance of the motorcycle!

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and space travel. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. With the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencess, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.

To ensure that not only riding but also working on the bike is a pleasure, we exclusively use the original mounting points for this part.
