General Description
This carbon part replaces the original component using the original mounting points.The focus is on weight savings (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as usual, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating vastly surpasses conventional clear lacquer in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only excels technically but also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
