The front fender in glossy carbon for the Ducati Scrambler 1100 from 2017 is bolted to existing mounting points on the vehicle. The parts are mounted using original mounting points. The carbon part has been manufactured entirely from prepreg material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then coated with a clear plastic coating for protection against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability.
