General description

The carbon framerear fairing replaces the original part without restricting its functionality. The pannier racks – as well as the grab handles for the pillion passenger – are retained, and both a pillion passenger and touring cases can be taken on the street. By using high-quality carbon, up to 70% of the weight can be saved compared to the original. Handling is optimised, riding pleasure is increased, and safety is improved.
However, the component can exploit its full potential not only technically but also visually. Installed in just a few minutes, the value of the motorcycle is enormously enhanced. To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are laid into the mould and aligned by experts. This allows the carbon part to blend seamlessly into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more stunning the result. For the framerear fairing, combining it with the license plate holder and the upper rear fairing is particularly recommended.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, intricately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with a unique look but also with its unique technical properties. It possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel for the same volume and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influences, we, as the world's only carbon manufacturer, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this creates an unparalleled and unique depth effect, which highlights the high quality of the material particularly strongly.
So that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
