General description

With the frame tail fairing in the closed version, the sportiness of the motorcycle is further enhanced. The opening for the pannier holders is closed, and the motorcycle becomes slimmer at the rear. This not only visually changes the motorcycle significantly but also makes it considerably lighter. The weight reduction sustainably improves handling and increases safety.
But not only technically, the component can also exploit its full potential visually. Installed in just a few minutes, the value of the motorcycle is enormously enhanced. To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are expertly laid into the mould and aligned. This allows the carbon part to perfectly blend into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more stunning the result. For the frame tail fairing, the licence plate holder and the upper tail fairing are particularly suitable additions.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with a unique look but also with its unique technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencess, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, ensures an unparalleled and unique deep effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
To make not only riding but also working on the bike a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
