General description

With the frame rear fairing in the closed version, the sportiness of the motorcycle is further enhanced. The opening for the pannier holders is closed, and the motorcycle becomes slimmer at the rear. The motorcycle is not only visually greatly altered but also significantly lighter. The weight reduction sustainably improves handling and increases safety.
But not only technically, but also visually, the component can fully exploit its potential. Installed in just a few minutes, the value of the motorcycle is enormously increased. To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are expertly laid into the mould and aligned. This allows the carbon part to perfectly fit the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts are installed and combined, the more overwhelming the result. For the frame rear fairing, the licence plate holder and the upper rear fairing are particularly suitable.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, painstakingly laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from influences of all kinds from the environment, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this creates an unparalleled and unique depth effect, which highlights the high quality of the material particularly strongly.
To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
