The right frame cover in a matt finish for the Honda CBR 1000 RR-R/SP from YM 2020 replaces the original component using the original mounting points.Key benefits include weight saving (typically approx. 70% saving compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured according to the latest guidelines completely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave and then, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic coating for protection against environmental influences. This plastic coating vastly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only scores technically, it also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
