The frame cover left side L/S in carbon for the Suzuki GSX-R 1000 from 2017 onwards protects the original component and gives the motorcycle an individual styling.The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines, and in the next step, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences.
This plastic finish significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only scores technically; it also clearly accentuates the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
