Ilmberger Carbon Flaps for Front Mudguard (Pair), Carbon for BMW R1200R, with ABE according to the usage list.General Description
The flaps for the front mudguard of the BMW R1200R replace the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight savings (typically around 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish for protection against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only scores technically but also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.| Manufacturer | Model | Type | Model Year | Homologation | ccm |
