General description

Fender rear in gloss carbon for the Aprilia Tuono V4 / RSV4 2022. The carbon part replaces the original component using the original mounting points.
To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are laid and aligned in the mould by experts. This allows the carbon part to perfectly nestle into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more stunning the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, impresses not only with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear lacquer, this creates an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which truly highlights the high quality of the material.
To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
