General Description

For a dominant motorcycle like the Diavel V4, it's particularly important that perfection extends across its entire length. The Ilmberger Carbon Fender brings this perfection to the front wheel and brings the vehicle a step closer to completion!
The final clear coat is in the matt version and is identical to the clear coat used on Ducati Performance parts.

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave hardenede, not only offers a unique appearance but also exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencess, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, ensures an unparalleled and unique depth effect, which highlights the high quality of the material particularly strongly.

So that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
