The rear part of the front fender in our unique design for the BMW R nineT Urban GS blends perfectly into the overall appearance of the motorcycle.This product replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight saving (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines, and in the next step, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences.
This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only scores technically; it also clearly emphasises the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
