The carbon front fender for the Ducati XDiavel from 2016 onwards is bolted onto existing mounting points on the vehicle. Our carbon part weighs under 200g – a significant weight saving compared to the original part, which weighs almost half a kilo! The parts are mounted using the original mounting points. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from pre-preg material (see FAQ) in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is usual for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating far surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability.
