General Description

The world's first wings for the S1000R made from high-quality carbon. These were specially developed by us for the new S1000R and noticeably improve handling. The pressure on the front wheel is increased, making the motorcycle more stable during acceleration and deceleration.

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are laid into the mould and aligned by experts. In this way, the carbon part nestles perfectly into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric specially produced for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, painstakingly laminated by hand and hardenedd in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced with us due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of influencess from the environment, we are the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides a previously unparalleled and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
The necessary attachment, bracket for the wing is already implemented on the carbon side fairing to ensure easy installation of the wings.
