General Description

The one-piece carbon fairing upper part for the BMW S1000RR from 2015 replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The upper section is designed as a single piece, with the fairing middle section already firmly integrated into the carbon part. This not only significantly simplifies the assembly effort but also benefits the weight balance. No additional effort is spared in production to save weight, making the spearhead of supersport motorcycles even sharper and lighter! You can find a 360-degree view of the fairing part under product videos! The focus is on weight savings (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, subsequently coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly outperforms the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only scores technically but also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
