The matt carbon Racing Fairing upper Part for the Honda CBR 1000 RR-R/SP from model year 2020 replaces the original component using the original mounting points. Racing part - not approved for road use!The focus is on weight saving (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased stiffness. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, subsequently covered with a clear plastic coating for protection against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only excels technically but also clearly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
