Here, the innovative BDC is used as the material, giving the component a completely new and individual touch. The surface of each BDC part is unique and resembles marble. Ilmberger also hand-laminates the BDC, and it cures in several stages in an autoclave. The material not only impresses with its exciting appearance but also with its technical properties. The different fibres scatter the incident light and create an unprecedented reflection.

The final clear coat layer on this component is in the timeless gloss version, highlighting the luxurious, sporty look of the component.

To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, provides an unprecedented and unique deep effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
