General description

The right racing side panel for the Panigale V4 Racing from 2022 onwards is part of the racing fairing, which is mounted with quick-release fasteners. This is not compatible with original fairing parts.

Racing part without ABE

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are laid and aligned by experts into the mould. This ensures the carbon part perfectly nestles into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use pre-preg fabric specially produced for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times higher specific stiffness than steel, and at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of influencess from the environment, we are the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this creates a previously unmatched and unique depth effect, which highlights the high quality of the material particularly strongly.
To ensure not only riding but also wrenching is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
