General description

The Racing fairing side panel for the BMW M 1000 RR from 2021 replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The upper part of the fairing side panel is manufactured in one piece with the side panels on these carbon parts; the upper part of the fairing side panel does not need to be purchased separately with our fairing side panels.

Racing part without ABE and TÜV

This product replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight savings (typically around 70% saving compared to the original component) and higher rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, subsequently coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating enormously surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only scores technically, it also clearly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
