Ilmberger Carbon Fairing Side Panel right side R/S, for BMW M1000RR street (from model year 2020-)General Description
The right carbon fairing side panel replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight savings (typically around 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg material (see FAQ) in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines, and then, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses conventional clear lacquer in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only excels technically, but it also clearly accentuates the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
