General Description

The left racing side panel for the Panigale V4 Racing from 2022 onwards is part of the racing fairing, which is mounted with quick-release fasteners. This is not compatible with original fairing parts.

Racing part without ABE

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are laid and aligned by experts into the mould. This way, the carbon part blends perfectly into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.
We exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in the autoclave, impresses not only with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. At the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from influences of all kinds from the environment, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear lacquer, this provides an unprecedented and unique deep effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
So that not only riding but also working on the bike is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
