General Description

The left racing side panel for the Panigale V4 Racing from 2022 is part of the racing fairing, which is mounted with quick-release fasteners. This is not compatible with original fairing parts.

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are laid and aligned in the mould by experts. This allows the carbon part to perfectly blend into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, convinces not only with a unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. With the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced with us due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from influencess of all kinds from the environment, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this creates an unparalleled and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
So that not only riding but also wrenching is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
