Fairing Side Panel left side L/S Racing BMW S 1000 RR from Model Year 2019Our carbon part replaces the original component using the original mounting points.
The focus is on weight savings (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and higher rigidity. The carbon part has been manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, subsequently coated with a clear plastic coating to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only excels technically but also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
