General Description

The left side L/S side fairing for the S1000RR Racing is part of the racing fairing for the BMW S 1000 RR from 2023 onwards. It is mounted using quick-release fasteners and is not compatible with the original streetn fairing.

A carbon fairing is not only the lightest variant for a fairing but also offers exceptionally good protection for all underlying parts. The optimised openings on the side allow for better escape of warm air from the radiatorr.

For our carbon, we exclusively use Prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, laminated by hand in an elaborate process and cured in several stages in an autoclave, convinces not only with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times higher specific stiffness than steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a fraction of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.

To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencesn, we are the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique deep effect, which particularly emphasises the high quality of the material.

The fairing mounting kit is required for smooth installation.
