General description

The racing fairing side panel for the BMW M 1000 RR from 2021 replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The upper part of the fairing side panel is manufactured as one piece with the side panels on these carbon parts; the upper part of the fairing side panel does not need to be purchased separately with our fairing side panels.

Racing part without ABE and TÜV approval

This product replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight savings (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and higher rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured completely from Prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is usual for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating enormously surpasses the usual clear lacquer finish in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance and durability. However, the coating not only scores technically, but it also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
