The left racing carbon fairing side panel in a glossy finish for the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade (SP), SC82, from 2020- replaces the original component using the original mounting points. Racing part - no road approval!Weight saving (generally a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and higher rigidity are the priorities. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is usual for us, coated with a clear plastic coating for protection against environmental influences. This plastic coating far surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only scores technically, it also clearly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
