General description

The left-hand fairing side panel for the BMW S 1000 RR from 2023 combines modern design with sporty function. The side panel is compatible with the new winglet. The reduced weight improves handling, and the distinctive look of genuine carbon with a high-quality seal gives the motorcycle an even sportier appearance.

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately hand-laminated and cured in multiple stages in an autoclave, not only boasts a unique appearance but also exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its exceptionally low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencesn, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this creates an unparalleled and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.

To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
