General description

Please take a look at the 360-degree video of the fairing side panels right side R/S and left side L/S for the BMW S1000RR / HP4. You can find the video under 'Product Videos' upperhalb the item description. The carbon fairing side panel for the S1000RR street (2012-2014) / HP4 replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The uppere part of the fairing side panel (labelnträger) is manufactured as a single piece with the side panels on these carbon parts; the labelnträger do not need to be purchased separately with our fairing side panels. The focus is on weight savings (typically about 70% savings compared to the original component) and increased stiffness. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, subsequently coated with a clear plastic coating to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating far exceeds the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only scores technically, it also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
