Product Details
Ilmberger Carbon Fairing Part Racing, glossy carbon, without streetn approval, for Ducati Panigale V4 /S/R 2019-General Description
The fairing part (glossy) for the Ducati Panigale V4 R Racing is supplied with a glossy finish, thus contrasting with the original Ducati Performance parts, which are supplied in matt carbon. The Ilmberger Carbon fairing part is installed instead of the standard plastic part. The Ilmberger component is mounted exclusively at standard mounting points. The focus is on weight reduction (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from Prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only scores technically, it also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
