General Description

The engine spoiler for the Panigale V4 Racing from 2022 onwards is part of the racing fairing, which is mounted with quick fasteners. This is not compatible with original fairing parts. This version is compatible with the low exhaust, where the silencer is mounted under the motorcycle. The closed bottom design catches any escaping fluids. The matt surface perfectly matches the original Ducati Performance parts.

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are laid and aligned in the mould by experts. This way, the carbon part perfectly integrates with the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts are installed and combined, the more stunning the result.

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, convinces not only with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, also only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced with us due to the high fibre volume content.

To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.

So that not only riding but also wrenching is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
